Queen Bee Excluder
- Made of galvanised iron for durability.
- Keep your brood separate from your honey. Making for an easier and more efficient harvest.
- Avoid rotating brood boxes to keep the queen at the bottom of the hive.
- Great for splitting highly populated hives. Place the excluder between the two brood boxes, wait four to five days, then look for eggs. The brood box with eggs in it will be the one that contains the first queen. Separate the boxes and introduce a new queen to the other brood box. You will successfully split the hive without having to look for the first queen.
